Semolina is a type of flour that is derived from wheat, which is obtained through a process of grinding this grain, being an ideal flour for making dough and pasta.

We operate 140 tons of semolina per day.

Our semolina is a 100% product of the wheat crop from the Mexicali Valley, Baja California, Mexico. Our direct deal with the producer without intermediaries ensures the quality of each of our grains.

We provide support and financing to our producers in this area of the country from the beginning until the end of their harvest. Our commitment is to support the research and innovation of new varieties that allow a better yield and quality in the crop.
